Rice Bran Protein Ready for Market
DSM and RiceBran Technologies are introducing their first rice bran protein ingredients.

Proryza, the resulting product line, will include a number of rice bran proteins intended for foods, beverages, and dietary supplements. First to launch are a 35% water-dispersible protein for beverages (Proryza P-35) and a combination of 20% protein and 50% insoluble rice bran fiber for dietary supplements (Proryrza PF-20/50). The ingredients comes from rice production in Dillon, Montana.
Proryza rice bran protein can be marketed as gluten-free and non-GMO.
