Italian confectionery brand Falcone Dolciaria has added Ocean Spray Ingredient Technology Group’s raspberry-flavored BerryFusions dried cranberry fruit to its cantuccini Italian biscuit line. The companies say that BerryFusions hold their color and flavor well, without color bleed, piece degradation, or moisture migration.
