Pharmachem Acquires Powder Processors

Pharmachem Laboratories Inc. (Kearny, NJ) increases its capacity to manufacture various powdered products with the acquisition of Powder Processors Inc. (Ogden, UT). Pharmachem purchased the company, whose name changes immediately, for its specialized talents in tablet and capsule blends and its strong positioning in western U.S. and Canadian markets.

Thinking ahead, Pharmachem intends to add more powder filling capabilities, such as those required for jars, bottles, bags, and pouches.
