Pippali Long Pepper (Piper longum) is a major tonic herb in Ayurvedic medicine. It also enhances circulation and promotes absorption of other herbs when used in a formula. Kidney Relief Formula has two primary uses: it enhances uric acid excretion and it is an antiseptic diuretic. It contains hydroalcoholic extracts of celery seed (Apium graveolens), whole-plant parsley (Petroselinum crispum), buchu leaf (Agathosma betulina), corn silk (Zea mays), and Pipsissewa herb (Chimaphila umbellata).
