Lycored Ltd. (Beer Sheva, Israel) is now promoting an extension of its CapsuDar vitamin D3 ingredient line: CapsuDar D3 CWD for functional waters and beverages.
The company’s new D3 ingredient is highly soluble and dissolves instantly, making for clear vitamin D3-fortified waters and beverages. The ingredient is also suitable for a wide range of pH levels.
Utilizing a microencapsulated preparation, CapsuDar D3 CWD is protected from light and oxidation which would normally impact the activity of vitamin D3.
Whether for bone health, overall nutrition, or even skin health purposes, the company’s D3 line can suit a variety of applications, also including dairies, baked goods, and dietary supplements.
