Specialty phosphate producer ICL Performance Products (St. Louis) has announced that each of its North American phosphate plants that produce food-grade products have received Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000). This ensures that the facilities are following the most up-to-date manufacturing practices and food-safety management systems.
“By completing this rigorous audit, ICL and each of our North American phosphate plants have taken major steps to improve food safety,” said John Conrad, the company’s quality and food-safety manager.
