Event Overview:

According to the latest USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans, the U.S. population is severely under-consuming health-promoting dietary fiber. The root cause of the fiber gap is directly related to a lack of whole fruits, vegetables, and grains in our diets. But these true dietary fiber sources from nature also contain powerful antioxidants called polyphenols bound to the dietary fiber, meaning that consumers’ under consumption of dietary fiber also reduces their consumption of polyphenols. In this webcast, you will:

  • Learn more about why including fiber-bound polyphenols in the diet matters
  • Hear about NatureKnit™, a unique solution providing a blend of fruit and vegetable fibers with bound polyphenols
  • Find out how NatureKnit™ can help promote optimal gut health and overall wellbeing

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the dietary fiber consumption gap in the United States and its implications
  • Learn about how dietary fiber with bound polyphenols from fruits and vegetables can support gut health
  • Discover a convenient gut health solution called NatureKnit™ and what makes it unique

Who Should Attend:

  • Functional food, beverage and supplement product developers and marketers
