Former FDA Officer Tamara Brey joins Law Firm Amin Talati

Tamara Brey, former Chicago district FDA consumer safety officer, has joined law firm Amin Talati LLC (Chicago). Amin Talati specializes in FDA, FTC, patent, trademark, and licensing matters. Brey will serve as an associate attorney focusing on food and drug import, label, and customs issues. As an FDA investigator, she conducted Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspections of medical device, drug, cosmetic, and food manufacturers and distributors.
“Brey is a great addition to our team,” said Ashish R. Talati, chair of Amin Talati’s food and drug practice, in a press release. “She offers clients practical FDA experience that will be of tremendous help, as we are seeing an increase in GMPs, imports and customs enforcement.”
