Colloïdes Naturels International has launched a new, highly purified and clarified version of its Fibregum ingredient. Fibergum Clear is especially designed for enriching beverages with fiber. The ingredient is an all-natural Acacia gum rich in soluble fiber, at least 90%, that also offers a prebiotic effect to promote the growth of “good” bacteria in the gut.
