DSM Makes New Appointments in Cultures Division

DSM Food Specialties (Delft, The Netherlands) announced new appointments in its cultures division.

Jan Boeg Hansen has been named sales director, cultures; Peter Wagner will become production director of cultures starting March 1; and Hans Holm has been appointed innovation manager.

“The cultures market is one in which we see a strong match with our capabilities,” says Hans-Christian Ambjerg, president of DSM Food Specialties. “Our cultures portfolio, as you know it today, is just the start.”
