Coffeeberry Line Now GRAS

Futureceuticals (Momence, IL) has announced new Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) status for its Coffeeberry brand Coffea arabica ingredients.

The company, which offers whole fruit powder, juice concentrate powder, and Forte soluble powder, says its ingredient confirmed by an independent expert panel. Coffeeberry was deemed a safe antioxidant ingredient for a variety of foods and beverages.

The ingredient is Kosher, GMO-free, and can be available as USDA-certified organic.
