Biova Signs Asia Distributor for Egg Membrane

Japanese and Taiwan manufacturers now have access to water-soluble egg membrane ingredients.

Eggshell membrane supplier Biova LLC (Johnston, IA) has reached a distribution agreement with Maypro Industries in Japan and Taiwan. Maypro is interested in selling the ingredients specifically because they are water-soluble. The distinction makes it possible to formulate softgels, gummies, foods, and topical products with eggshell membrane.

Biova’s eggshell membrane ingredients include BiovaFlex for joint health, BiovaDerm for skin care, and BiovaPlex for animal health.
