BI Nutraceuticals to Feature Nutrition Bars at IFT

At the upcoming IFT trade show in New Orleans, botanicals supplier BI Nutraceuticals (Long Beach, CA) will showcase nutrition bars made from some of the company’s most popular ingredient offerings, including chocolate/quinoa, blueberry/chia, and baobab/yogurt. The company will be located at booth #5453.

At the show, the firm will also highlight its achievement of a SQF 2000 (Safe Quality Food) certificate from NSF International and will also introduce new team member Alison Raban, a food technologist specializing in the company’s food and beverage business.
