Beneo GmbH (Mannheim, Germany) is now supplying baby food rice starches for fruit and vegetable-based baby foods.
Rice is often characterized as a highly digestible protein. These hypoallergenic, organic, and non-GMO ingredients can add texture to jarred baby foods, while improving shelf life and water management in products.
Beneo is dealing with the infant population, a market sector that requires especially high standards for food safety.
