A bad online review doesn’t have to hurt-that is, if a nutrition firm already has a recovery strategy in place.
Most of the major online review services, including Yelp, offer free accounts to nutrition and other businesses, which these businesses can use to monitor positive and negative reviews that appear on the review services and respond to reviews accordingly.
