The company is developing a pilot facility for algae biomass production in Western Australia.
Aurora Algae (Hayward, CA) has secured a $2 million LEED grant from the Australian State Government to develop a pilot algae production facility in Western Australia.
Using CO2 from nearby industrial producers as feedstock, Aurora Algae’s facility is expected to produce between 12 and 15 metric tons of algae biomass each month.
