Ashish Talati and Abhishek Gurnani, attorneys from the law firm Amin Talati (Chicago), have produced a 22-page chapter outlining new dietary ingredients for The Food Safety Modernization Act: A Comprehensive, Practical Guide to Landmark Legislation.
Published by the Food and Drug Law Institute, the book offers an in-depth look into the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), including an outline of the history leading up to FSMA, its development and passage, and a review of FDA’s implementation strategy.
