AIDP's starch-based enVantec microencapsulation is free of gelatin, preservatives, and added antioxidants.
AIDP Inc. (City of Industry, CA) says its starch-based enVantec microencapsulation technology holds clean-label advantages over competing brands. The technology is used without gelatin, preservatives, or added antioxidants.
AIDP’s process qualifies as vegetarian, kosher, allergen-free, and non-GMO. It’s suitable for solutions with two-to-three year stability.
“Compared to leading encapsulation brands with gelatin, enVantec’s vegetarian formula shows improved stability during tableting and at elevated temperatures,” said AIDP director of business development and marketing Kathy Lund.
