ADM Clarisoy Available in Commercial-Scale Quantities

Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM; Decatur, IL) has opened its first commercial-scale plant for the manufacture of Clarisoy, a transparent soy protein for beverages.

Clarisoy is fully soluble in beverages with a pH below 4.0.

Customers will be able to purchase commercial-scale quantities of Clarisoy starting in June. ADM will also launch an extension of the Clarisoy line at next month’s IFT Annual Meeting and Food Expo in Las Vegas.
