Sabinsa (East Windsor, NJ) has announced in a press release that the company will be at Expo West 2024 (Booth #4253) highlighting new clinical research demonstrating the effect of its Shagandha ashwagandha extract on stress. One recently published study found that 500 mg per day of the ashwagandha extract for sixty days significantly reduced stress in healthy adults, based on questionnaires and biomarker measures. Attendees can look forward to learn about new clinical studies validating the ingredient, which is standardized to 2.5% withanolides.

The company will also emphasize liver health with its ingredient LivLonga, a blend of three of Sabinsa’s ingredients: 250 mg of Curcumin C3 Complex Turmeric (Curcuma longa) extract, 50 mg of Livinol Kokum fruit (Garcinia indica) extract, and 5 mg of BioPerine Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) extract.

Other extracts in Sabinsa’s portfolio include:

  • Sabroxy,a patented extract of Oroxylum indicum bark extract, that supports healthy cognitive function.
  • CurCousin, a patented, clinically studied brand of Calebin A 99% for metabolic health and healthy weight management.
  • LactoSpore, Bacillus Coagulans MTCC 5856, a clinically validated, GRAS, shelf-stable probiotic.
  • Saberry, a phytonutrient from amla fruit standardized to the powerful antioxidant molecule beta-glucogallin for blood sugar support.
  • C3 Reduct, for maintaining organ health. Sabinsa says its a cascading antioxidant that shows cumulatively stronger activity compared to parent Curcuminoids.
