Bragg Live Food Products has announced that Patricia Bragg, who served as the company’s CEO for five decades, has passed away at the age of 94 in Goleta, CA. According to the company, she joined the Bragg family in 1952 through her marriage to the son of the company’s founder, Paul C. Bragg. This led to an enduring business partnership between Patricia and Paul. Together, they co-hosted live lectures, radio broadcasts, co-authored books and even appeared on their own “Health and Happiness” television show.

Patricia began her leadership of the company in the 1970s, serving as CEO until her retirement in 2019. During her tenure, she diversified Bragg’s product line and introduced best-selling products that remain flagships, explained the company in a press release.

Linda Boardman, Bragg Live Foods’ Chief Executive Officer since 2019, continues to lead the company. “As we honor Patricia’s lifework in spreading wellness wisdom and helping individuals live their happiest and healthiest lives, we're extremely grateful for the strong foundation she built through determination and persistence,” says Boardman, in a press release. “We will continue in her mission to help people nourish their bodies with the same sense of passion and commitment to quality that she so admirably embodied.”
