Kerry Seeking Acquisition of Cargill Flavors
Both companies reported the news last Friday.

Kerry Group (Tralee, Ireland) has expressed an interest in acquiring Cargill Inc.’s (Minneapolis) international flavors division, according to both companies.
Cargill’s flavor unit spans 22 countries and 700 employees, with production facilities in Europe, North America, and Asia. Cargill flavors and flavor ingredients are available for beverage, dairy, sweet, and savory categories.
