Conference in India geared to help New Delhi-based decision makers.
The International Alliance of Dietary/Food Supplements Associations (IADSA) held an Expert Workshop in New Delhi, India, last month in an effort to give those involved in the regulatory development of food supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods pointers on the implementation of Codex Alimentarius Standards and Guidelines.
Co-organized by India’s food supplement trade association Health Foods and Dietary Supplements Association (HADSA), the workshop addressed the Codex Guidelines on vitamin and mineral supplements, the development, application and implementation of the Codex Standards on Additives and the issues and challenges related to the Codex Claims Guidelines.
