Answering the growing global demand for kosher-certified products, ingredient supplier NP Nutra (Rancho Dominguez, CA) has certified over 200 of its ingredients through Earth Kosher.
Valid through November 2012, NP Nutra’s kosher certification is in place for a variety of previously non-certified ingredients, including goji extracts, amla fruit powder, and freeze-dried ginger, mangosteen, papaya, and durian powders.
