Following GMP inspections conducted by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) International, Caravan Ingredients (Lenexa, KS) says it earned seven Superior ratings and two British Retail Consortium (BRC) certifications for facilities in New Jersey.
AIB performed the audits at Caravan manufacturing and distribution facilities in Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and New Jersey. The company even received a “Recognition of High Achievement,” which is awarded to only the top 25% of all scores.
Three Caravan Ingredients sites are scheduled for BRC certification later this year.
