Ultima Health Products Inc. (Bernardsville, NJ) and Nutrition21 LLC (Harrison, NY) have partnered to formulate and launch a new product called Crave Killer. The new product is a drink mix that combines the replenishing benefits of Ultima Replenisher’s existing electrolyte drink mixes with Nutrition21’s branded chromium picolinate, Chromax, which has been clinically shown to reduce cravings and manage appetite. The goal of the product is to help consumers stay hydrated while also helping them with weight management. Crave Killer also contains ginger root extract. The product comes in a stick pack format.
“Hydration is key to supporting your overall health, but there’s more to it than just drinking plain water,” said Gretchen Holquist, vice president of marketing for Ultima Health Products, Inc., in a press release. “This drink mix helps replenish 6 key electrolytes that your body and brain use every day. Now with Chromax, Crave Killer electrolyte mix offers consumers even more benefits, helping them kick cravings to the curb, and feel their best.”
“Incorporating Chromax, a science-backed ingredient that has been clinically tested and shown to provide multiple metabolic health benefits, helps this electrolyte drink mix stand apart from competitive products,” added Jordan Miller, vice president of marketing for Nutrition21. “Consumers can rest assured knowing Crave Killer with Chromax can help them stick with their health and wellness routines.”
