Cosmax NBT recently relocated the organization’s manufacturing operations from Texas to Korea.

Cosmax NBT announced in a recent press release1 that the global beauty and health manufacturer had relocated their dietary supplement manufacturing operations which were originally in Texas to Korea. The move to the East Asia location was a strategic decision aimed at strengthening supply chain efficiency, better serving capabilities to their global customers, and product quality.

The company plans to utilize Korea’s advanced manufacturing structure, innovation in nutraceuticals, and quality standards. Cosmax NBT’s relocation may also help streamline production times as the location is closer to their R&D facility.

“This move allows us to offer even greater control over quality, faster production turnaround, and more seamless collaboration with our customers,” said Jay Ahn, CEO, Cosmax NBT.1 “Korea is a global leader in health and wellness innovation, and we’re proud to anchor our supplement manufacturing here to better align with our long-term growth and sustainability goals.”

Cosmax NBT’s dietary supplement product offerings include:1

  1. Tablets: Options include uncoated, coated, enteric-coated, sugar-coated, fast-dissolving, chewable, and melting tablets.
  2. Capsules: Hard capsules and softgels, as well as plant-based, chewable, and enteric-coated options.
  3. Powders: Can be formulated into granular, melting, water-mix, foaming, easy beads, and popping powders.
  4. Liquids: Created in fully automated facilities, they provide a variety of packaging options such as PET vials, glass bottles, and ampoules.
  5. Jellies: Available in stick, pouch, and pocket jellies. It is able to include other ingredients. For example, Nata de Coco or chia seeds.
