Sherry Laboratories is an ISO 17025-accredited microbiology laboratory providing analytical services, including product microbiological analysis; environmental hygiene (HAACP) evaluations; bacterial counts; coliform counts; testing for E. coli, Legionella, Listeria, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, acid-producing microorganisms, and aerobic (heterotrophic) bacteria; bacterial identification; shelf-life studies; and yeast and mold testing.
