Ruspak’s Klockner CP-10s can handle a number of formable webs and a variety of printed backing materials (including two-sided printing). Three vertical Circle pouch machines and two horizontal Bartelt pouch machines allow for the speedy

delivery of customer pouches filled with liquids, gels, powders or capsules/tablets. Typical production runs are 50M to 2MM for blisters and pouches, 25M to 500M  for bottles.

Ruspak's facility is registered as a drug and device establishment by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), The company’s cGMP trained staff follows a comprehensive set of protocols to ensure the safety and security of each package.

Complete batch control records are maintained for each production run.  The quality assurance group ensures that each package meets the customer’s stringent requirements, and state of the art security measures to protect products and confidentiality.
