Flavorchem Launches Masking Flavors

Flavorchem Corp. (Downers Grove, IL) has introduced a line of flavor maskers.

“Beneficial ingredients such as omega-3s, stevia, and soy can produce undesirable tastes or odors. As a result, manufacturers may limit usage levels or avoid functional ingredients altogether, missing out on valuable package label opportunities,” said the company’s vice president of sales and marketing, Phil Sprovieri, in a press release.
